How does MAX use the collected information and what is the benefit to me?

MAX uses the information to provide faster customer experience and to improve our website. If you purchase coverage with MAX, we may use the information to activate and service your policy. We may also use this information to contact you about products and services, confirm rate information, policy information or other reminders about our services.

The choices you have regarding MAX’s use of the information?

Corrections/Updating Member Information:

If a user's personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the user's personal data provided us. Contacting our customer support can usually do this.

Opting Out?

MAX does not resell or transfer email addresses to third parties. An example of this is where MAX does not provide a certain insurance product but has an arrangement with another insurer who will provide that coverage to a MAX customer.
